Wednesday February 26th @ 9 a.m. at the Country Club of Pittsfield. You are cordially invited to join leadership:  Eric Steuernagle, Board President; Pam Roberts, MLS President and Sandy Carroll, CEO – along with their Boards of Directors in this informative and critical session about current trends and hot topics in the Berkshires and beyond.  We’ll discuss a new mandate that requires REALTORS to share their listing details with other MLS subscribers when publicly marketing the property, as well as an outline of new draft policies for listing submissions, including the handling of coming soon, delayed and office exclusives.  Leadership is looking for your input as they develop policies on these matters and move forward toward implementation.  We will also share some best practices developed from a joint Realtor-Lender-Lawyer initial meeting held and talk about scheduling a member event in the early spring.  We will share updates on the many groups that are kicking off and what is on the horizon – with lots of time for questions and answers.  There will be a full buffet breakfast (yes, bacon!) at the start of the meeting.  Registration is required to ensure seating, food and materials for all.
