We’ve seen frequent misunderstanding / misuse of the Co-Selling field in Flexmls when reporting a pending.  The intent of the Co-Selling field is to allow team members or two agents from the same firm to both receive credit when bringing the buyer to a transaction.  Please note:  This field is NOT for the listing agent to record their name again.
