For those of you who have forgotten your password and are requesting a new password from FLEX:

When your receive your new password via email, you CANNOT copy and paste the new password from your email to the Login screen. The password will not be accepted. You must retype the password into the box as it has been given to you!

For those of you who wish to change their password in FlexMLS and don’t know how, here is the simple how to:

1) Navigate to “Preferences” and select “My Profile” in the drop down menu.

2) Click on “Security” (the padlock icon).

3) Click on “Change Password”. Enter your current password and the new password of your choosing twice. Click “Next” and your new password has been created!
