Good news!  The tax auto-population coding has been completed and added to production.  You should now see the correct auto-populated values for Book and Page, as well as values for Map Ref, Sq Ft Living Approx, Bedrooms, Full Baths, and Half Baths when the data is available.  Additionally, the Sq Ft Source dropdown now has Assessor selected as the default value.  Hope that helps you complete your listings a little bit quicker.  Also, don’t forget, you can do some pretty nifty searching of the CRS tax data directly from the FlexMLS menu as well.  Happy searching.
