RE57R07: Brokerage Relationships
This two-hour program will cover the fundamentals of agency which are unchanged for hundreds of years, but application of agency law and other brokerage relationships are constantly changing. In this course you will review the history of brokerage relationships; all types of agency, OLDCAR, mandatory disclosures, and more.
***This program will be offered on Zoom. All attendees must be logged into their own unique device to receive credit. Please ensure if logging in by phone or a shared computer that your name appears so we can track your attendance. The Board of Registration requires that cameras remain on at all times and that attendees are engaged through chat, raised hands or by participating in discussion. If you are off camera and unresponsive to requests to turn your camera on, we will be forced to remove you from the class.
Your registration confirmation will contain the Zoom link to log in. We will also send an email at least 24-hours prior to the start of class with this information, as well.
