We’ve recently learned that there are some agents who are accessing outdated contracts via their dotloop or Docusign accounts. Please make sure that you are not reusing an old form when you prepare new documents (for example, erase the info in one document and update it). Please make sure you are grabbing forms from the Forms Library (Forms Folder) when you begin a new document.

We have verified that all 3 forms platforms have our most recent forms in their library (zipLogix, Docusign and dotloop). If you have any concern that you do not have the most recent information, please drop Sue an email and she can help you verify.
