A reminder, when entering property information in the MLS, the start date of your listing is the date that the seller(s) signed your Exclusive Right to Sell contract (NOT the date the broker signed).  Linda has been correcting this error quite a bit in the last few weeks.  If you have any question about the proper procedure, please check with your broker or give the office a call for instructions.

Last year the MLS Board of Directors instituted a mandatory broker notification for corrections that need to be made by staff to a listing because of the prevalence of data entry errors.  We prefer not to have to reach out to brokers about these situations so please be careful when entering your information!
