Our Berkshire REALTOR Bar-tending Teams were able to raise over $6000 in just one evening at the 2nd Annual Battle of the Bartenders held on May 28th, 2015 at three locations throughout Berkshire County.
Our Bar-tending Teams competed to bring in the dough and we are proud to announce that our Central County Bar-tending teams chaired by Tiffany Roberts won the night with $3533 raised for The Eleanor Sonsini Animal Shelter. This money will go a long way in their campaign to build outdoor animal coverage. The central team was comprised of Tiffany Roberts (Berkshire House Hunters), Pam Roberts (Roberts & Assoc.), Andy Perenick, Doug Collins & Wendy Smith (Berkshire Dream Home), Brandon White (Cohen & White), Craig Kahn (All Seasons Realty), Sherry Street (Realty Street), and Mark Harris (Signature Associates).
Of course, there really are no losers as we kicked-butt at all three events! The North County teams chaired by Rebecca Gold Cellana raised $1883 for the Louison House FLSC, a North Berkshire organization that provides transition and permanent housing solutions for the homeless. Thank you to our North County Bar-tenders: Mark Farrington (FLSC Board), Maureen Baran (Adams Community Bank), Colleen Zajac and Doreen Coones (Monarch Realty), Cindy Poulin (Alton and Westall), Rebecca Gold Cellana (Burnham Gold), Duffy Judge (Greylock Insurance), and Erin Scott (FLSC Board & Burnham Gold).
Our South County teams chaired by Patrice Melluzzo raised $813 in funds for the Breaking Bread Kitchen which provides community meals for those in need in Southern Berkshire County. Thank you to our South County Bar-tenders: Chapin Fish & Kirsten Fredstall (Brockman Real Estate), Dawn Farley & Dan Alden (William Pitt Sotheby’s), Suzann Ward (Barnbrook Realty), and Patrice Melluzzo (William Pitt Sotheby’s).
Thank you to all who donated fantastic raffle prizes at each location and helped bring our totals that much higher!
