Reminder: 2021 Dues Payment Plan

It’s just about that time of year again!  We have rolled out a payment plan for 2021 dues. To participate in the payment plan, please contact Sue via email with your contact number.  She will call you to collect your credit card information and have you authorize automatic draft against your card on a monthly basis.  (or you can request we use the credit card on file for the $30 MLS fees via email)

The above includes a $25 fair share voluntary contribution to the National Association of REALTORS® Political Advocacy Fund (“PAF”) has been added to the amount listed above and has been divided amongst the payment schedule. Contributions are voluntary and are used to support issues mobilization and political and legislative advocacy activities. Contributions are not deductible for income tax purposes. You may refuse to contribute without reprisal.   It also includes a non-refundable processing fee of $5.

IF YOU CHOSE NOT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE VOLUNTARY PAF DONATION PROGRAM AND REDUCE YOUR DUES TO $100 PER PAYMENT FOR A TOTAL OF $605 IN FULL.

If you participate in the program, should you resign membership after 12/15/2020 from the Berkshire County Board of REALTORS®, there will be no refund of dues paid through the Plan. Additionally, any qualifying refunds will only apply to dues paid to that date will be charged back to the credit card listed below and will not include a refund of the processing fees. Payment under the “Plan” will be accepted by debit or credit card only. The card information will be held on account until the Plan is paid in full, but not used for any other purpose unless approved by the cardholder.

As a reminder, if you do not participate in the plan, payment IN FULL is required by December 31, 2020.  Invoices will be sent out around November 1st.
