The new contracts and forms for Berkshire County are now available to you at no cost, on-line in electronic format on our MLS system.

In order to get access to our contracts, you will need your FlexMLS User Name and Password to log-in to the MLSsystem. Log-in at: www.FlexMLS.com Contracts and forms are located in the drop-down menu under “Forms” at the top of the page.

Please read the User’s Agreement before accessing the forms.

If you need assistance, please contact the Board Office Staff.

In addition to the forms, we have placed a ton of agency information on-line for your convenience and have a description of the contract changes available as well.

Not only are all of the contracts on-line, but you can also order hard copy forms from the Board office for pick-up or mailing.

 

For the few cases a form is unavailable through FLEX, there are also free MassForms online at www.marealtor.com/. These forms are made available by the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS through your Free Forms benefit and at a member discount from other top vendors in the electronic forms market. Fannie Mae Launches HomePath for 1st Time Homebuyers
