Professional Info in Setting Appointments

While we are excited a new feature just launched in FlexMLS with Homesnap Showing services, we are asked to remind about the basics of any showing request. With so many new members and questions about representation and compensation, it’s important when you call/text/email/snap for a showing you indicate:

  • Your name and firm | Who the appointment is for, “my buyer client” for example.
  • The address of the property
  • The day and time you are requesting
  • And confirm the directions (some agents are being misdirected because of bad GPS)

that will go a long way to helping listing agents manage the requests in a timely manner.
