2016 Local, State and National Dues:

2016 Dues Invoices have been sent to your Member Portal, so simply follow the instructions below to log-in and you can make a payment.

2016 Payment Plans: 

We have the option for you to have 5 automatic credit card payments made to pay your 2016 dues between November and March.  You need to complete a dues Payment Plan Agreement and send as soon as possible to Billing@BerkshireRealtors.org.

Using the Portal for Payments

For current members, education events, dues and charges are applied via your member portal.  This is your personalized, one-stop-shop for paying your annual dues, registering for classes and meetings, updating your REALTOR member profile, searching for colleagues, checking your committee service and attendance record, and more! Your user name is your 9-digit membership NRDS ID# and the password default is your last name (unless you’ve already signed into your portal and changed it).
