Join us on Zoom as Peter West, our instructor, guides you through the definition of Leisure Homes, Second Homes and Age Restricted Housing and the differences between the three. He’ll provide an analysis of the senior market, inform you about financing options, instruct on the best ways to search for and locate properties and ensure you are aware of applicable government regulations and laws. This is a must attend program for agents working in the beautiful Berkshires and beyond! 2 CE credits awarded upon successful completion of this two-hour training.
