Quadrennial Code Of Ethics

Every REALTOR is required to take 2 1/2 hours of training on the Code of Ethics once every four years to maintain membership in the association. The current training cycle for all REALTOR members is January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2016. This course has been updated from the course offered during the first training cycle (January 1, 2001 to December 31, 2004) by including all recent policy changes/additions; adding new content, part of which are new case studies in lessons 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11; and changing the final exam. The course can be completed in one session (approximately 2 1/2 hours), or completed in parts within 30 days from the start. After each Quick Review Quiz, the course can be exited and started again with the next lesson.
