Flexmls is here to help you become the market expert with your clients. Use the Stats tab to provide detailed market statistics for specific search criteria, allowing you to give your buyers a better market understanding of an area.

Let’s run through a scenario. Say you have a client that says, “I want to buy in 12345 zip code. What can you tell me about that market?” Using Quick Search, you can perform a search filtered by that zip code, and then navigate to the Stats tab where you’ll find lots of useful market statistics based on your search to share with your client. You can share statistics such as Average Days on Market, Median List Price, Median Sold Price, how Days on Market affects sold and list prices, and more.

Then, if your clients want to include more specific criteria–such as 3 bedrooms and a 2 car garage–you can edit your Quick Search and navigate back to the Stats tab to get more exact data based on the new search. You can share with your clients what they can expect to pay for a house in that location with the criteria they’ve provided. With the Stats tab, you’re getting detailed information quickly and conveniently to share with your clients, making you look like a pro!
