We have two great speakers coming into the Board Office on June 27th to discuss and answer your questions about housing related services for the elderly and Elders and the Law. These are great topics, especially if you have clients who are downsizing to assisted living, or bringing parents along during a relocation. You’ll hear about opportunities available that will make the transition much smoother for all concerned. A light luncheon and Q&A time is included.
Heidi Cornwell, is the Director of Marketing & Sales, Kimball Farms Lifecare Community/PineHill Assisted Living. She will be speaking with us about Life Care and Assisted Living and discussing the differences between the two so you can have knowledge for older generations who are looking to sell their homes, or are relocating here with family. Heidi also has additional education opportunities you can avail yourself of, such as: Dementia and Our Community – How to manage dementia in your business and Downsize Your Home, Increase Your Living – Minimizing stress of rightsizing or relocating.
Board Legal Counsel, Michael Shepard, will talk about the ins-and-outs of Elder Law and the pertinent info you need to know when working with aging clients or customers.
