It’s come to our attention that on some documents, such as the Lead Paint Disclosure, when adding initials, the boxes are overlapping onto other lines and it is then confusing which line was actually being initialed!  The solution, for now, is to ZOOM in on the document and then align the displayed initials, NOT the box, with the line to be initialed.
