All agents with at least one listing will have access to a private Point2 Agent Syndication Dashboard, or control center, to establish relationships with over 35+ partners for syndicating listings.

Once your Syndication preferences are set, all you have to do is sit back and watch the traffic to your listings and leads from your listings roll in. All for free.

 

 

How to Access your Point2 Dashboard

You will now find Berkshire County Board of REALTORS in the drop-down on this page, http://www.point2.com/mlsconnect/ .

REALTOR members can go there to locate themselves and activate their dashboards.

  • Select the Berkshire County Board of REALTORS MLS found under Massachusetts

  • Select YES to connect your MLS listing data to a Point2 Account

  • Enter your Name or Email (as shown in FlexMLS) to connect your listings.

  • If your record is located, it will show you a radial button to allow you to connect.

  • Follow the steps to connect and modify your syndication sites.
