We would like to share that residential rentals over 31 days in the MLS now have a [PRIVATE] document for your Exclusive Right to Rent/Lease agreement and while you can save a listing without it, it’s still required.  Please make sure you upload it when first entering a listing so Linda doesn’t have to go on the hunt!  Thank you.
