Just an update that the Lead Paint Property Transfer Notification form in the Remine forms platform has been updated to make the completion, especially by multiple parties, easier to visually see.  This functionality mirrors the form in the MAR library.

• You can’t check contradictory options (seller has knowledge, seller has no knowledge).
• Checkboxes only work if selected appropriately. For example, you can’t check off any documents unless the box that says documents provided as follows IS checked off as well.
• In the Purchaser Acknowledgements, there are now small checkboxes next to the items that the buyer may initial. This is especially helpful when there are multiple initials that don’t fit on a line are in the margins.
