Remine Docs+ is the new forms and e-sign platform that is being offered by the Mass Association as a free member benefit to you. Remine will replace Zipform Plus on December 31, 2021. (Though, Zipform will be available for purchase for those who wish to keep that program.) We will continue to license our forms to Dotloop, DocuSign and ZipForm Plus and are in talks with other, pay-for programs who are interested.
Our Berkshire REALTOR Beta Tester group is diligently testing functionality and forms. Please note: You can access your account NOW but we are working through some bugs and fixes. Please feel free to look around and begin to use the program now, if you wish. This is a live site – anything you do in the program will remain.

Yes, users may download transaction data from zipForm® Plus and upload it into Remine Docs+. Information on uploading transactions to Remine Docs+ can be found here. To learn how to export transactions, watch this video here or view the step-by-step guide here.
Yes, the entire MassForms™ and Berkshire Forms libraries will be available through Remine Docs+.
The Remine Docs+ platform includes a suite of broker oversight tools, including, but not limited to brokerage forms, transaction review and approval, checklists, announcements, and clauses.
Lone Wolf is still a transaction management platform available for use, however, the offering of this platform as a member benefit will end on December 31, 2021.
Remine Docs+ and Flexmls have collaborated to make accessing the program a simple, one step through the MLS system. There is no need to create a sign on and password for Remine Docs+ and your access always starts by logging into Flexmls. Follow these step-by-step instructions to log in:
- Log in, or be logged in, to Flexmls
- Go to MENU
- Go to Products
- Click on Remine
- Note: You can create a shortcut in Flex to Remine by pointing to Remine under Products and clicking on the star
