- We have P&S contract revisions pending on the forms platforms. MAR has sent the new disclosure to all forms platforms when first released..
- Please note that STARTING OCTOBER 15TH, this soon to be released new mandatory inspection disclosure form will be REQUIRED for new listing entry into the MLS.
- It is recommended you get your existing seller client to sign this new form and add it to your listing in MLS. Note you will not be able to save an existing listing without it!
- Please attend the annual meeting for late breaking news on this process, as well as learn about a host of new contract changes coming
