Burning hot question by all of the REALTORS who were finally able to renew their Massachusetts Real Estate License….  Where the heck do I find it!? Great question, and know that the Board of Registration is no longer sending printed licenses to you, but rather requires that you find and print a license on your own.  If you want to download a PDF file of a license to your device, your if you want to print it, here’s how.

1) Log in to your eLIPSE account.
2) On the Home screen, hover on MY DASHBOARD and then click LICENSES AND PERMITS.
3) Locate the license you want to work with, and then click the control below it.
4) At the top of the box that eLIPSE displays, click the button.
5) eLIPSE displays the license. From this display, you can download the license file to your device and you can press Ctrol-P to bring up a Print dialog box to print it.
