Happy Spring. Our 1st quarter is now complete! Please check the MLS system to make sure all your sales are reported correctly, that your pending listings are marked and the data is accurate.  We’ll be preparing market watch early next week and would love to make sure everything up-to-date.  Also if you noticed something wrong with how something was reported, please reach out… double sales, off-market listings that sold, comparables, etc… we’d love to have all the data we can get.
