LAST CHANCE: 2026 Leadership Academy Application Deadline is January 31, 2026.  The MAR Leadership Academy is an immersive program designed for REALTORS® who want to strengthen their leadership skills, gain a deeper understanding of how the REALTOR® organization operates, and prepare for future leadership roles at the local, state, or national level.  The program runs from March through August and brings together a small group of highly engaged professionals for a unique, hands-on learning experience.  MAR Leadership Academy participants will work together in a training course that combines individual study, group sessions, team-building exercises, goal setting, personal profile analysis, network building, and communication skills. This learning experience is designed to train, nurture and inspire tomorrow’s leaders. During the sessions, a series of respected national and regional instructors and leadership volunteers will guide you through the fundamentals of what every good leader needs to know.
