Town Monitor Program of the Berkshire County Board of Realtors.

Interested in what a Town Monitor Does? Come to our Town Monitor Meeting!

April 3 @ 9:30 am11:30 am

Board Office – 99 West Street – Conference Room

Town Monitors are the key players that connect the Berkshire Board of REALTORS to the communities we serve. (list of current town monitors)  A Town Monitor is asked to alert the CEO on any issue related to real estate and private property rights affecting the community.  The CEO and the Government Affairs Committee will take this information and learn about potential impact, strategist our reaction, share information and mobilize our members.

For those who have already signed up to be town monitors, this is a great meeting to learn more about ways to make contact with city and town officials; where to find information to keep you in the know; how to report back to the board any issues that Sandy or Tom Doyle should be made aware of; and to meet with the MAR staff attorney, Johnny Schreiber, who will enlighten and inform us on all of this information.

If you are not already signed up to be a town monitor but are interested in learning more, please attend!

Registration is required to ensure that we have enough materials for all in attendance.  Please register through the member portal or contact the Board Office at 413-442-8049 so we can register you.

Thank you!!
