Glitches being Addressed

After recent additions of new document options for upload to the Flex MLS system, we have discovered some technical glitches happening in property types other than residential listings (residential listing seem to be unaffected).  In some cases, when making an edit to a listing, the exclusive right to sell is being renamed and is no longer identified as meeting the mandatory upload requirement. While staff is always available to assist you, if you notice this glitch, (a message that says you’re missing mandatory documents) a quick way for you to solve it on your own is to simply go into edit the documents, and change the document type of the ERTS using the drop-down options to rename it to the private version listed.

The Flex programming team is aware of this issue and is looking behind the scenes to determine the cause that this is happening. We will keep you posted.
