Ready to add a new listing?  There is a new assistant in town!  We’re excited to announce our new Auto Assistant, a multi-step Add Listing form that you complete prior to moving on to the full listing entry page. Auto Assistant collects data such as property type, property address, geo location, and more, and pre-populates the listing entry form with that information—saving you time and improving data accuracy. Begin a listing in Flexmls to see it in action, or go to the online step-by-step visual guide to understand the new process when entering a listing.  Remember, we love help, but the listing content accuracy is still your responsibility, so let the tech help you, but not replace you!
