Ask the Experts – Discussion and Luncheon on April 24th – UPDATE!

PLEASE NOTE a change in the agenda!  Joy Duperault has a great demo on the maps and Mass OLIVER so our schedule has been changed to accommodate her.  Heidi Cornwell will speak at our next Ask the Experts program on June 27th.  (More info about registration for that program to follow.)

We have two great speakers coming into the Board Office on April 24th to discuss and answer your questions about Flood Zones & Mapping and Life Care, the difference between Life Care and Assisted Living.  Additionally, Sandy Carroll will provide an association update, including changes that will be coming out soon to the Purchase and Sale Agreement.  A light luncheon will be provided with a Q&A / networking opportunity included.

Joy Duperault is the Director of the Flood Hazard Management Program, the State National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) Coordinator and Deputy Hazard Mitigation Officer for the State of MA, Department of Conservation &  Recreation, Office of Water Resources.  She will be bringing her extensive expertise to you and has geared a program specifically to the REALTOR audience.  Joy will be showing us how to utilize FEMA maps and the online topographical tool, Mass OLIVER.

Appearing on June 27th, Heidi Cornwell, is the Director of Marketing & Sales, Kimball Farms Lifecare Community/PineHill Assisted Living.  She will be speaking with us about Life Care and Assisted Living and discussing the differences between the two so you can have knowledge for older generations who are looking to sell their homes, or are relocating here with family.  Heidi also has additional education opportunities you can avail yourself of, such as: Dementia and Our Community – How to manage dementia in your business and Downsize Your Home, Increase Your Living – Minimizing stress of rightsizing or relocating.
