We are excited to share that we have hired a new Office Admin, and welcome Ashley Bushey to our team at the Board Office.  We have also contracted with an outside bookkeeping service to ensure staff is able to focus on the most important tasks – serving you – and we appreciate having professional support on the accounting side of the business.

You will get to know Ashley in the coming months. She will be working 10-3 daily and her primary role is to make the office flow smoothly by focusing on the needs of the day, jumping in where Sandy and Linda need support. After 92 resume reviews and many interviews, Ashley stood out as a great candidate with both the organizational and technical skills that will round out our office nicely.

One of the first things she got started with was getting all of the technology working on her new laptop and writing her introduction bio:

Ashley has been a proud resident of the Berkshires since 2012, when they moved to the area to attend the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts (MCLA), graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Arts Management in 2016. Since then, they have built a diverse professional background by gaining valuable operational experience at organizations such as RadioShack, MASS MoCA, Shire City Herbals, and most recently, as the Administrative Assistant for TRIO Student Support Services at MCLA.

Driven by a natural curiosity and a strong commitment to problem-solving, Ashley joins the Berkshire Realtors team as the Office Administrator. In this role, they manage essential day-to-day operations and administrative logistics to ensure the rest of the team can seamlessly deliver the high-quality service you rely on. Whether managing member inquiries, maintaining digital systems, or facilitating virtual meetings, Ashley is dedicated to providing exceptional support to the entire Berkshire Realtors community.
