Berkshire REALTORS Welcome New Affiliate: Julia Leedham Rindfuss, Esq.

We are happy to welcome Attorney Attorney Julia Leedham Rindfuss, Esq. of Pittsfield MA, as a new affiliate member of the Berkshire REALTOR association.  In addition to standard legal services, she is a real estate attorney.  She can handle all aspects of a transaction, including real estate purchase and sale agreement review, closing services, buyer / seller representation, title searches and review, and environmental, zoning, planning and land use representation.

She is a graduate of Boston University, B.A., and Northeastern University School of Law, J.D. Prior to her current practice; she worked in private law firms in Stamford, CT, Williamstown, MA and Lenox, MA. She also previously worked as in-house counsel at a life insurance company in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. During law school, she interned for a United States Magistrate Judge in Boston, MA, the United States Environmental Protection Agency in Boston, MA and the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office in Seattle, WA. Before attending law school, Julia worked in the life insurance and financial services industry in Boston, MA. She is a member of the Massachusetts and Berkshire County Bar Associations.  She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Berkshire County Head Start in Pittsfield, MA and is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Berkshire County.
