Please be advised that there are companies (“deed collection services”) contacting home owners about providing deed copies at rates of $50 and above. Here at the Registry of Deeds, we can provide you with a certified copy of your deed for $1 per page, with most deeds being under 5 pages. You can also download and print a copy of your deed off of http://masslandrecords.com/ for free! If you have any questions about obtaining a copy of your deed, please call or stop in to their office.

The office is located at 44 Bank Row, Pittsfield Massachusetts on the second floor of the Probate Court building. Office hours are Monday-Friday, from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, with recording hours of 8:31 am – 3:59 pm.
