The awards committee is proud to present three industry awards this year, in recognition of work that benefited the industry and community.
Affiliate of the Year: BBE Office Interiors / Dan Proskin:
Although a new affiliate member, BBE Office Interiors quickly became an invaluable partner in helping us create the perfect fit for our new office and assembling the team that made it possible. They expertly helped us reduce our office footprint by more than 2,000 square feet while maintaining the same functionality through thoughtful space planning and design.
While office design is their business, it certainly wasn’t their obligation to provide the extraordinary level of service and flexibility they did. Throughout a move that was constantly evolving, Dan Proskin and the BBE team went above and beyond at every turn. When delays pushed back the arrival of our new furniture, the BBE team stepped in without hesitation. In May, they moved our entire office—including files, boxes, furniture, historical records, and even refrigerators—from South Church Street to the Clock Tower. Then, in June, they returned to deliver and install our new furnishings. Their generosity not only saved us an additional month of rent and significant moving expenses, but also provided something even more valuable: peace of mind during a major transition.
We are equally grateful for BBE’s continued support of our events and look forward to a long and successful partnership. BBE Office Interiors, 1595 East St, Pittsfield, MA, 01201, https://www.bbeoffice.com/ or Email to Send congratulations to Dan Proskin:

Berkshire Beautification Hero; David Carver / CT Management / Scarafoni Associates:
The Berkshire County Board of REALTORS® is proud to recognize David Carver with the 2026 Housing Hero – Berkshire Beautification Award for his exceptional commitment to revitalizing Berkshire communities through the thoughtful restoration and adaptive reuse of historic properties. While this year’s nomination was inspired by his remarkable transformation of the long-vacant Housatonic School into much-needed housing, David’s impact extends across Berkshire County through the preservation of former schools, churches, mills, hospitals, commercial buildings, and other historic landmarks.
His vision has restored neighborhood pride, preserved the region’s architectural heritage, and created hundreds of new housing opportunities while proving that historic preservation and community revitalization can go hand in hand. Through decades of investment, craftsmanship, and stewardship, David has helped ensure that some of the Berkshires’ most treasured buildings continue to serve future generations as vibrant places to live, work, and gather.
We appreciate his attention to detail and care for the Clock Tower, our new home as well! David G. Carver Partner, CT Management Group, LLC or send email congratulations to David Carver
