Sandy is starting the year end market watch report, so just a reminder to report your sales and send in any errors you might notice (sales reported twice, sales not reported, not marked as pending) and we’ll take care of it before the report is generated.  Looking at the data so far, overall sales were up 13% in volume and 15% in the total number sold.  All residential markets showed improvements from 2014, with the largest gains in north county and then central county. Very modest gains were reported in southern Berkshire residential sales. Multi-family sales in central and south show double digit increases over 2014; unfortunately, North county saw double digit decreases.  Condo sales rebounded with double digit increases in all markets and Land sales improved in all but southern Berkshire.  Want to know more?  Then stay tuned for the 2015 Market Watch Report due out by the end of the month.
