Join Linda Kody for this online CE program offering 2 continuing education credits and satisfying the NAR mandate to complete Code of Ethics training by Dec 31, 2021. Andy Consoli is back with us in March to discuss the terms and applications of the Americans with Disabilities Act as it pertains to rentals and the sale of residential properties. 2 hours of contininuing education credit. No? This class is for you! Are you interested in breaking into the commercial market? Yes? This class if for you! Are you an experienced commercial agent who could use more information on retail properties? Yes? This class is for you! 2 hours of CE credits will be provided. Registration will close on April 19 at noon.
