Last year we took a poll about mandatory lead paint forms.  83 members viewed the poll, and 8 voted.  What’s up with that?  Please tell us what you think! As you know, the lead paint form needs to be completed by the seller and signed by the buyer (of homes built before 1978) BEFORE the P&S form.  Only 50% actually include the lead paint disclosure form in the documents of the MLS Listing… but we can make it mandatory that agents do so before saving a listing with a build date before 1978.  Do you think we should??
