Wednesday, January 8th – 10:00 a.m. – Noon:  WEBINAR – Brokerage Relationships:  Join Sandy Carroll for this 2-hour program on Brokerage Relationships.  She’ll discuss terminology used in real estate relationships, use of the Mandatory Licensee-Consumer Disclosure form, OLD CAR duties, relationships recognized in Massachusetts and more.  This class is a must for new and experienced agents alike.  Now’s a great time to brush up on your skills!

Thursday, January 16th 10:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.:  CLASSROOM – Real Estate Brokerage Professional Ethics for Residential and Commercial Real Estate:  Join Sue O’Brien for this 2 1/2 hour program on Professional Ethics.  In this class we will discuss the different methods of dispute resolution available to members of the association and members of the public, review how the process works from start to end and participate in some case studies.  The class will satisfy both your CE credit, if taken within your renewal cycle, and the requirement to complete code of ethics training as mandated by the National Association of REALTORS by 12/31/2021.  Please NOTE:  Class time in 2 1/2 hours.
