Are you currently using the Syndication Remarks field in Flexmls?  You find it on the Main Fields tab right below the Public and Realtor-to-Realtor Remarks fields.  Syndication Remarks are intended to increase your exposure on public portals.  Listing agents should include not only special highlights, selling features and remarks about the property but can also include information such as your phone number, email address and websites in the Syndication Remarks field.  (Please note, these contact remarks still cannot be displayed in the Public Remarks field!).

Public Remarks will display on listing sheets and IDX sites, and Syndication Remarks will display on syndication sites (think Zillow, Trulia, hotpads, etc.)
