2017 Dues Invoices Available for Viewing / Printing / Paying on the Member Portal

Thank you for your membership with the Board in 2016!  It’s been our pleasure to serve you.  We look forward to working with you in 2017.

Dues invoices are available for viewing, printing and paying on the Member Portal.  Please follow the Member Portal link.  If you have not previously changed your sign on or password, please use the following:

User Name =  NRDS # (in most cases this number starts with 4475)

Password = Last name with the first letter CAPITALIZED

Payments can be made via the portal by paying with a debit or credit card.  You may also drop a check into the mail to 99 West Street, Ste 200, Pittsfield MA 01201, or you can call into the Board Office with your debit or credit card.  We accept cash payments in the office but do not keep cash on hand so exact amount is required.  Checks should be made payable to BCBR.

For those interested, we are offering the payment plan again this year.  Please complete the payment plan form and return it to the office by fax at 413-448-2852, scan and email to support@berkshirerealtors.org, or stop into the office.  PLEASE NOTE:  Payments on the payment plan must be made by debit or credit card placed on file with the office.  We will not accept cash or check payments on the payment plan, and apologize for any inconvenience.

There is a $25 Political Advocacy Fund amount included in your invoice.  This is a voluntary contribution and can be waived or changed without reprisal.  If paying on line, you can waive or change the amount by clicking on Pay Dues:
